Katie is the founder and motivational force around which all things Propeller revolve. It’s her mission to make accounting and business advisory more than just numbers; with a focus on holistic growth. She might do business differently, but she’s a Chartered Accountant and award-winning finance professional.

Increasingly frustrated by the accounting world’s approach to doing things ‘the way they’ve always been done’, she decided to shake things up. With an eye on the future, Katie stepped out on her own, and Propeller was born. Launching a new business is tough. But she kept up her momentum, continued to grow her client base, and developed a community of supportive business owners around her that now form the heart of Propeller.

Since stepping out on her own, Katie certainly left her mark on the industry, collecting some significant personal and company awards along the way:

Katie was nominated for leading the charge, passionately driving the accounting industry forward and empowering the next generation of young accounting professionals.
