Cathryn Cayanan

Cathryn is the Marie Kondo of Propeller. She loves nothing more than taking on the complicated and messy accounts of a new client, and streamlining them into something that makes life easier for everyone!

Cathryn’s first job was for Ernst and Young, where she developed an interest in working with small businesses. The only problem? The team was so big that she was siloed into doing the same accounting tasks over and over again. She felt disconnected from the full business picture and knew she needed something more.

Now, Cathryn works on Propeller client accounts end-to-end and loves deep diving into business affairs. As a self-confessed minimalist, she is especially partial to working with business owners in the interior design, furniture and homewares sectors.

Being a natural people person, Cathryn’s favourite part of each day is Propeller’s morning ‘huddle’ sessions, followed by the constant communication that keeps everyone on their toes and doing their best for the people we work with.
