Dancel came to Propeller with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a background in IT and administration – a combination that has made him one of the most versatile members of the team. He spans admin support, social media design, and team engagement, and stepping into the creative side has been one of the highlights of his journey here.

Ask anyone on the team and they will tell you Dancel is the one who keeps the good vibes going. He is the person behind the events that bring everyone together and he brings that same upbeat energy to everything he puts his name on.

Outside of work, he keeps active with gym sessions, running, and walking. He is the kind of person who shows up fully, whether that is for a workout or for the team.
