Danielle Morales

Danielle joined Propeller after hearing about the culture from friends already on the team  and what she found matched everything she had been told. With extensive hands-on experience in accounting, financial management, and business operations, she came in ready to contribute and has only grown from there.

Her biggest shift has been learning to lean into collaboration. She came in as someone who quietly solved problems on her own; she has grown into someone who knows that strong teamwork leads to better outcomes for everyone. That evolution has made her one of the most valued members of the bookkeeping team – someone colleagues turn to when they need a steady hand or a fresh perspective.

Outside of work, Danielle stays active with tennis and pickleball-  two sports that suit her perfectly. She is competitive, team-oriented, and always showing up to play her best.
