Fenting joined Propeller through the By the Bay merger, bringing with her six years of solid accounting experience from a local firm. A CPA by qualification, she handles tax returns, financial statements, BAS, and client tax enquiries with a level of care and consistency that clients quickly come to rely on.

What drives Fenting most is helping business owners genuinely understand the direction their numbers are pointing. She is not just here to lodge a return – she wants clients to walk away with a clearer picture of where their business is headed and what it means for them.

Outside of work, she is happiest in the garden, in the pool, or catching up with friends and family over the weekend. She brings that same quiet, grounded energy to everything she does both at work and at home.
