She coordinates workflows, client onboarding, and ASIC/ATO administration and she does it all with a level of calm and precision that makes even the most involved processes look effortless.
Across Xero, Karbon, Ignition, and SharePoint, Julleen is the kind of person who has already thought three steps ahead before anyone else has started. Backed by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, she brings both the academic foundation and the real-world instincts to back it up.
For Julleen, the most meaningful part of her work is making complexity disappear for the clients navigating something new, and for the team working behind the scenes.
