Lisa’s path into accounting started from the ground up, learning the foundations from some great firms along the way before spending the last five years as a Financial Accountant within commercial businesses. After completing her accounting degree, she asked herself a simple but important question: what actually gets me excited to start the day? The answer led her straight to Propeller.

Working directly with clients and helping them nurture and grow their businesses is what excites her most. Backed by a Bachelor of Business (Accounting Extended) and currently working toward her CA, Lisa brings both the technical foundation and the genuine drive to grow with her
clients. No two days look the same for her – from client meetings to tax planning to being a direct point of contact whenever someone needs her. Making clients feel valued and supported is not just part of the role; it’s the part that matters most to her.

Outside of work, you’ll find Lisa on the sidelines of Junior Rugby League fields as a Safety Officer and Team Assistant, or living up the kid-friendly side of Gold Coast life – parks, theme parks, and all the adventures in between. She is energetic, a true team player, and driven in everything she does.
